[iks-community] Introduction

Hi all,
I am quite an outsider of this list. I am a software developer here in Rome and a Rome Semantic Web Meetup subscriber and so was advised about these very interesting meeting. I am interested in ontologies and semantic web applications development for the private sector and the public administrations. The adoption of semantic web technologies instead of well known technologies in the current software development industry needs a quite broad and sufficiently deep understanding of a lot of issues and so I am very glad that this meeting about semantic search is hosted here in Rome and thank the organizers to have opened the event to non-academic people. Looking forward to hear from you all.
