Dear Reto, Bertrand, Stefane, all,

Great development - hope the Apache Incubator gets you going soon!

Re synergies: the main synergy is the governance that is emerging 
through (y)our interaction(s). It will probably be an "intelligently 
chaotic" process by which different ideas/designs will converge and 
materialise as software.

If the community is taking a lead e.g. with Clerezza then that fits well 
with the IKS objectives: In the description of work (our contract with 
the EC, it is stated as follows (page 6):

... impact on the sector: (a) raise the semantic capability of literally 
hundreds of SME CMS firms; (b) activate developer communities to take 
part in a process of governance and conceptual convergence of technology 
frameworks;

all the participants of the second workshop for giving this initiative 
such good momentum!
