On CMS level BSD makes sense, especially with so many Apache people
and technologies involved in IKS (Midgard is the exception, being LGPL
but also running on entirely different software stack than the
others). However, the JavaScript side of things is a bit different,
and the Semantic Editor, in order to succeed has to conform with
licensing conventions of that space.

I think this shouldn't be a problem for the Apache licensed CMSs
around here - I believe the virality of GPL JavaScript code (running
in browser) shouldn't affect the CMS software (running on server). But
of course it might be smart to check these things with for example the
FSFe team.
