I don't think such UI should be in FISE itself. Instead, when a CMS
loads Aloha it could also load some "FISE annotations" plugin that
will get annotations provided by FISE for the document being edited,
present them in the sidebar and allow user to reject or add them via
the Aloha IKS RDFa helper into the document itself.
We had some discussion about this in the hackathon, and while this
Aloha plugin could talk to FISE directly via cross-domain AJAX, I
guess it is better to proxy such things via some REST APIs provided by
the CMS itself.
