Maybe a license compatible with Apache 2.0 etc. is possible?

That could even be GPL3 with Open Source license exceptions such as the
one used by Sencha:

Yes, I prefer simpler licenses than licenses with exceptions but as long
as the result satisfies the OSI criteria ...
