I agree that the license does not matter much w.r.t using Aloha
alongside software distributed by the Apache Software Foundation. It
would matter if Apache people would want to distribute Aloha with
their software, which is when http://apache.org/legal/resolved.html
applies.

Agree with that, as Aloha is javascript client-side software it is
probably a good idea to go with that flow. Dual MIT + GPL license
looks good to me if the Aloha authors want GPL. And maybe just MIT or
BSD or AL for the plugins , as opposed to the core.
