In the end the licensing decision has to be done by the Aloha team at Gentics.

If they choose a license (or set of licenses) IKS is comfortable with,
we can build our Semantic Editor on top of Aloha.
If not, we have to look at other options.

...But based on my discussions with Laurin and Haymo it seems there
should be no problems.
